Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I haven’t been to the dentist since I was like 10, I’m 28 now. So obviously, I needed a serious cleaning. I was nervous about that & anything else they might’ve found. Man, let me just say, that cleaning was a breeze!! They made me more than comfortable! They also gave me a dental plan. Which idk if that’s a normal thing or not, but I really appreciated that so much! I was scared i was gonna be overwhelmed with the costs of everything but the it was mapped out & explained, I didn’t feel even a little overwhelmed. I’m really looking forward to going back & getting my dental health on track. Thank you MINT Dentistry from the bottom of my heart! More

I can honestly say this was an excellent experience. I was greeted by Kasha she's the (RDA) and she did my extras. Kasha also introduced Teanna a (Intern) shadowing her today. From there I was taking to my examining room where my additional x-rays were taken. I was then met by Dr. Tran who had a GREAT bedside manner and his expertise with dental care was PHENOMENAL. After Dr. Tran broke down what I'd be needing done to restore my bite, and bone density health Jake walked in. Jakes the (Office Manager) not Jake from State Farm guys lol. He was just as hospitable as everyone else. Lastly was this very vibrant gentleman that came In introduced himself as well to me also. His name was Isai the (Hygienist). Isai's disposition was Amazing. He was bubbly, polite, made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire hygienic exam and cleaning. I also wanna include Marisol (Front Desk Assistant) even though I have only spoke with her over the phone once she is also very friendly. I do have a breakdown of work that I need to do that will help reconstruct my teeth and the bone density with my gums. I'm thankful that I actually found Mint Dentistry. I will definitely recommend. Great experience! I haven't been able to see a dentist since 2020 and they made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Marisol was great in figuring out all the details with my insurance, and she laid out the pricing for my cleaning and filling very clearly! 10/10 experience. Definitely will be returning for all my dental needs and referring family and friends to this office. More

I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist. Even though the most work that was done on my teeth was a tooth extraction at the age of 14, still terrified. My anxiety kicks in before I even get out of my car. I have to admit, I wanted to cancel my appointment on multiple occasions, but I'm glad I didn't. Everyone at the Addison location made it the absolute BEST experience I have had at the dentist, ever! Surely and Jake, at the front desk, were super friendly and welcomed me as I walked through the door. They helped me with my paperwork, because like I said I was going to cancel so I didn't even bother with doing it beforehand. Kasha, Dakota, and Daniel were so patient with me. I was so nervous and they talked me through everything and explained it before they did anything. During my cleaning, she talked to me to help put me at ease. She was very professional and had good bedside manner. We talked about vacations, foods, family, and friends. It really help to keep me at ease. Dr. Stringer was very nice and I was glad to hear that everything looked great! Before I left I made my next appointment for a 6 month cleaning. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new dentist. It was the best experience at the dentist I have ever had. More

Everyone was so personable and EXTREMELY kind. Was the first initial call to set up our appointment, to walking in and greeted by the receptionist, to the tech, DR., and hygienist Alyssa. Everything was flawless. I always get so nervous coming in for a cleaning and I would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thank you guys so much for being so kind and giving us the information to help make our teeth healthier! Look forward to our visits from now on! I did however have to wait a bit, but the receptionist would keep me updated in the room. I knew y’all were busy, but because everyone was so kind, I did not mind waiting. The dentist was excellent and very caring. However, the number of appointment reminders was extreme! From the time I scheduled the appointment to the actual appointment, I probably received at least 10 reminders (both phone calls, text messages and emails)! Too much - especially for someone who is anxious about going to the dentist to start with. Then when I arrived for the actual appointment, they had me down for a cleaning -- that's not what I scheduled (broken filling, confirmed several times). Please get your act together! More

The front desk was kind and wait was quick. Laurie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and was very personable. Everybody (dentist, receptionist setting appointment, X-ray tech, etc) checked to see if I had questions or concerns before ending or leaving conversation. Got to choose a music station to listen to. They were also able to get in touch with my insurance company to see what was included and let me know how much a filling would be. More

I regularly have my teeth cleaned at Mint Addison, and the hygienist, Alyssa, is wonderful. She does an excellent job with cleaning and treats patients extremely well. It was as wonderful an experience as a trip to the dentist can be. More

I just left this office and I cannot rave enough about how amazing my experience was. I had a very traumatic experience at a different dentist about 18 yrs ago and have refused to go back to a dentist until today. The entire team there is freaking brilliant. To Alissa who did my cleaning I could cry right now bc of how great you made my cleaning. You were so calm and informative that I was at such peace in the chair. And to the beauty that took all my x-rays (I am so sorry I couldn't remember your name) you made me at ease....which is a tall task for someone as nervous as me and you made me feel right at home. You had me laughing and relaxed! And to the office manager who went over my treatment plan with me....yes ma'am!!!!you were so kind and helpful and broke it all down down me so well. I didn't cry or have a panic attack and my hands completely stopped shaking after my xrays Cant believe I'm saying this but I actually can't wait to go back see all of you again!!! The entire staff is always so friendly and kind at the Addison, TX location. Dr. Jack is a cool dentist who makes you feel comfortable and is direct and precise about what needs to be taken care of during your appointment. The hygienist Alyssa was so wonderful and had the lightest touch. I could barely feel her when she was cleaning out the buildup deep between my teeth! I was so pleasantly surprised. I always thought that Mint wouldn’t be the same quality of care as a regular private dentist. Boy was I wrong! My experience was wonderful from beginning to end with the Administration to the doctors to the dental hygienists. I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of staff, the wonderful bedside manner of the doctor, the articulation and progression of the procedures, the communication of my benefits from the front desk and the execution of my filling and cleaning. You also get free whitening! I was walked through everything so effortlessly! They even had a vibrating dentist chair that helped with my anxiety, and they had sunglasses for the harsh chair lighting. I was thoroughly impressed! It made a dreadful experience of a routine dentist appointment feel like a day at the spa! Thank you Mint! More

I was so nervous about going to the dentist!!!! Upon arrival I was so nervous and my blood pressure was slightly high, which is rare! I just had to ask the gentleman how long he worked here. I wanted to make sure he had experience! Consider the fact I had such bad experience at my last Dentist office. During the cleaning , Jeffrey asked if I was ok, my response was a yes! I mentioned to him how afraid and nervous I was about being here. He cleaned my teeth, no numbing required, made me feel at ease and my teeth felt super clean! Wow! Best service and care I have had anywhere. Painless teeth cleaning, advanced equipment for easy x-rays, and a staff that knows their stuff. Also, a great value. Not over priced, but I don’t feel like I am getting the minimum care to make up for how reasonable it is. More

Love the service here! I have had great desk staff for the past three times I have been here as well as really thorough cleanings. They use a water jet style of cleaning which is way less hard on my mouth than the old style pick and mirror. Even get free toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss (and sunglasses). Thanks Mint! More

Came to get a cleaning at mint for my first time and the experience was wonderful ! Moses took some xrays and turned on the tv to make me comfortable , Dr. Barnet looked at my teeth to see how my mouth was going gave me some suggestions which was great ! and Dr. Denise did my cleaning who made the cleaning process go fast and efficient she even double checked her work which made me feel like she cared ! Fantastic first experience at MINT Addison! I was having some pain with a crown, and I booked online. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient when I arrived. The online patient form system made getting ready for my visit super easy. The facility itself is very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. My dental assistant Sara got me settled in and comfortable, explaining what was happening and making me feel at ease. With some soft rock playing, I felt much more relaxed than I usually do when having dental work done. She explained every step of the process. The team worked together seamlessly (they all have headsets and are able to communicate efficiently and keep the process moving along). I hate to admit but I forgot the name of the dentist that evaluated me, but she was professional, kind, and clear. She reviewed my xrays and evaluated my crown and didn’t see anything wrong, and explained my mild pain was probably caused by my previously-diagnosed PD, and a good deep cleaning (which I had been putting off), would probably take care of the issue. The insurance coordinator did a great job of explaining how my benefits would fit in with my treatment plan. Leo, my hygienist for my visit, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that was happening, checked in on me regularly, and made an uncomfortable deep cleaning go as smoothly and painlessly as anyone could hope for. There should be an option for 6 stars for this kind of work. I’ll be back next week for the other half of my deep cleaning, and I expect things will go just as well as today. More

First off, from the minute I walked into my appointment, I was super comfortable! The place is nice & the receptionist was kind. First of all, I don't care who you are, going to the dentist SUCKS! At least, that's how I used to feel. Then I went to MINT. I had heard the ads on the radio and had seen the billboards on the freeways and thought that they were just another dentist. I checked out their website, and what really got my attention was their discount plan. Wow, the best $240 I have spent in a long time (normal price is $300, but they were running a special for this month). Not only did I come out of the office feeling great about going there to begin with, but I actually felt excited about returning to finish my treatment plan. Now, about their staff. Everyone is very welcoming and are very helpful. However, I want to give a special shout-out to LEO. I kept seeing the reviews and kept seeing his name pop up and wondered why so many people kept mentioning him. Well, Leo is very good at his job and he takes the time to explain what you can do to improve your oral health. outside of whatever your treatment plan is. He also performed my deep cleaning and did a great job with it. This was last week on Friday. I went back today to get 3 fillings done and I was worked on by Dr. Cunningham and another young lady whose name I cannot remember. They were very helpful and attentive to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I definitely recommend MINT Dentistry to anyone who is needing to go back to the dentist. As disgusting as this might sound, I had not been to the dentist in about 5 years and I am so glad I decided to get my oral health back in order. I personally had a difficult time with the front desk giving me wrong information and telling me to wait a few months for my insurance to pay more (which wasn't true) and then the dental price increased so I ended up paying more in the end. Yet, the front desk manager helped to explain things better and is always very friendly! The experience with the back staff was GREAT! Renae and Bianca knew I was crazy terrified of everything! I had to get some cavities worked on and a deep cleaning. They made me feel so comfortable and checked on me so much during the process. They went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and made sure I knew what to do afterwards. The massaging/heated chair, headphones, TVs and music are such a great help for terrified patients like me! I will for sure stay here! More

Cool place. Was immediately welcomed and greeted. Super friendly staff. They have a lot to offer to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your time there. HOWEVER, I simply went in for a cleaning. Outside of that, I couldn’t tell you how they did. I did not get any serious work done, so I’m not quite sure where they stand with all of that. I don’t typically write reviews. But I will today. From check in to check out, Mint Addison was flawless! Almost a month ago I went to Mint for the first time, after not having been to the dentist in over a year. The last time I went to a dentist I was lied about cavities I had and Mint fixed that. My cleaning showed some cavities that were in desperate need of repair, a couple crowns, and two potential root canals. I was FREAKING out, I have never wanted a root canal and would’ve done anything to get out. My original doctor explained to me the process and assured me that Mint would do what they could to fix my tooth without a root canal, and they did. This same doctor gave me a prescription for the right toothpaste so I could build my enamel (I had never known what toothpaste to use). I came in two weeks later to repair a potential root canal, and my second doctor said he wouldn’t do a root canal unless he was 100% positive it needed to be done. I was a little sick and anxious, him and his assistant allowed me to take breaks, were highly patient, and talked me through the whole process. OH, and he did so without a root canal. I never thought this would happen because I believed dentists were just after my money. NOT at Mint! Two days later I went in for a tooth that unfortunately did need a root canal. My third doctor talked me through the process and allowed breaks if my anxiety took over. She could tell I was nervous and made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. I didn’t feel an ounce of pain, and if I was sensitive she gave me more local anesthesia so I wouldn’t even feel a cold sensation. Both my teeth needed crowns and were done beautifully, I am having pain and they’re helping me with that tomorrow. I have never loved going to the dentist, but I will go to Mint Addison anytime I need anything. My family is a Mint loving family, and they make it more than easy to want to come back! Thank you Mint Addison, and the three doctors and assistants I had for restoring my faith in dentists! More

Mint is so fast and efficient. I walked in and was taken back almost right away even though I was early to my appointment. The doctor didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need while I was here as in previous visits to other Dentist offices in Dallas. Let me start off by saying, i have been TERRIFIED of the dentist since childhood, causing me to never go to the dentist or take care of my teeth for that matter. It had been five years since I had gotten any work done because of my fear and I was in a lot of pain and obviously very unhappy with my teeth. That being said: I am EXTREMLY and PLESANTLY pleased with Mint Dentisty Addison. (the Addison location). I heard the radio commercials about Sexy Teeth. That resonated so deep with me since my teeth were my biggest insecurity and also my biggest fear to get them fixed. We got new insurance and my teeth hurt so I took a chance. As soon as i walked in I was greeted with such kindness and hospitality. That helped with the fear from the start. As I found out that all of my problems could be fixed and how optimistic they were, i was SO EXCITED. They worked with my insurance, my payments, EVERYTHING other dentists would never do for me. I made an appointment and finally got my teeth cleaned, got a couple of fillings and now I have an appointment for the major work next week. I have super high anxiety when it comes to the dentist but is soon as I walk in I feel a sense of relief. I’ve been in a couple of times and they make me feel like family so quickly. They have TV with anything that you want to watch with headphones so that you don’t have to hear the drilling. They have massage chairs too! I absolutely loved it. Everything was also super clean and ready to go. Everything i could dream of in a dentist. This place has! My daughter as well as my husband have also been in for cleanings and they have loved the treatment and service they received especially for my (3 yr old) daughter it was her first time to the dentist and now SHE LOVES THE DENTIST. They were SO GOOD WITH HER!!! i was absolutely amazed at how excited she was for the dentist. Now she can’t WAIT to go back!! ( and as a mom, that’s amazing for me since I’ve always been scared) My biggest insecurity WAS my smile. NOW I CAN smile and never feel insecure again. I get FREE (uh yeah F r e e) teeth writing with my PPO dental insurance and it has given me so much hope for my teeth! Mint has changed my bad memories and my feelings about the dentist100%. Because I was long overdue for a dental visit I was embarrassed & hesitant to schedule. But I'm so glad I finally did. Upon entrance I was greeted by the front office gals who were very welcoming & pleasant. Once I was taken back for x-rays I was greeted by another lovely staff member who reassured me. The dentist examined, diagnosed & made her recommendation w/ options that accommodate my financial needs. Leo was my dental hygienist he was amazing! I can't tell you when my last cleaning was... but not once did I feel judged by him, he educated me so that I won't have a yuck mouth :). The payment options they provide are absolutely unbelievable! I don’t typically write reviews. But I will today.From check in to check out, Mint Addison was flawless! Almost a month ago I went to Mint for the first time, after not having been to the dentist in over a year. The last time I went to a dentist I was lied about cavities I had and Mint fixed that.My cleaning showed some cavities that were in desperate need of repair, a couple crowns, and two potential root canals. I was FREAKING out, I have never wanted a root canal and would’ve done anything to get out. My original doctor explained to me the process and assured me that Mint would do what they could to fix my tooth without a root canal, and they did. This same doctor gave me a prescription for the right toothpaste so I could build my enamel (I had never known what toothpaste to use).I came in two weeks later to repair a potential root canal, and my second doctor said he wouldn’t do a root canal unless he was 100% positive it needed to be done. I was a little sick and anxious, him and his assistant allowed me to take breaks, were highly patient, and talked me through the whole process. OH, and he did so without a root canal. I never thought this would happen because I believed dentists were just after my money. NOT at Mint!Two days later I went in for a tooth that unfortunately did need a root canal. My third doctor talked me through the process and allowed breaks if my anxiety took over. She could tell I was nervous and made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. I didn’t feel an ounce of pain, and if I was sensitive she gave me more local anesthesia so I wouldn’t even feel a cold sensation.Both my teeth needed crowns and were done beautifully, I am having pain and they’re helping me with that tomorrow. I have never loved going to the dentist, but I will go to Mint Addison anytime I need anything. My family is a Mint loving family, and they make it more than easy to want to come back!Thank you Mint Addison, and the three doctors and assistants I had for restoring my faith in dentists! More

DR Kim was very patient, gentle, non judgmental about the condition of my teeth,& very detailed about the the process I would need in order to achieve my new set of sexy teeth! Leo was awesome! He managed to make me laugh & be less nervous during my cleaning. I have a horrible gag reflux but he handled things like a pro! I spent my whole appointment WAITING for the pain that never came. This is the least painful experience I have ever had at the dentist. My cleaning was amazing. The staff all was well trained and knew exactly how to break things down. Every person I interacted with was amazing, from dental assistant, to front desk, to dentist. Yeah, the dentist sucks, but I have no anxiety about my follow up in a few weeks. After a few years without cleanings, this was great...and affordable! More

Let me start off by saying, i have been TERRIFIED of the dentist since childhood, causing me to never go to the dentist or take care of my teeth for that matter. It had been five years since I had gotten any work done because of my fear and I was in a lot of pain and obviously very unhappy with my teeth. That being said: I am EXTREMLY and PLESANTLY pleased with Mint Dentisty Addison. (the Addison location). I heard the radio commercials about Sexy Teeth. That resonated so deep with me since my teeth were my biggest insecurity and also my biggest fear to get them fixed. We got new insurance and my teeth hurt so I took a chance. As soon as i walked in I was greeted with such kindness and hospitality. That helped with the fear from the start. As I found out that all of my problems could be fixed and how optimistic they were, i was SO EXCITED. They worked with my insurance, my payments, EVERYTHING other dentists would never do for me. I made an appointment and finally got my teeth cleaned, got a couple of fillings and now I have an appointment for the major work next week. I have super high anxiety when it comes to the dentist but is soon as I walk in I feel a sense of relief. I’ve been in a couple of times and they make me feel like family so quickly. They have TV with anything that you want to watch with headphones so that you don’t have to hear the drilling. They have massage chairs too! I absolutely loved it. Everything was also super clean and ready to go. Everything i could dream of in a dentist. This place has! My daughter as well as my husband have also been in for cleanings and they have loved the treatment and service they received especially for my (3 yr old) daughter it was her first time to the dentist and now SHE LOVES THE DENTIST. They were SO GOOD WITH HER!!! i was absolutely amazed at how excited she was for the dentist. Now she can’t WAIT to go back!! ( and as a mom, that’s amazing for me since I’ve always been scared) My biggest insecurity WAS my smile. NOW I CAN smile and never feel insecure again. I get FREE (uh yeah F r e e) teeth writing with my PPO dental insurance and it has given me so much hope for my teeth! Mint has changed my bad memories and my feelings about the dentist100%. I will forever be a client of Mint Addison! I am so happy i found them. Also, the flexibile and open schedule, with my schedule is such a plus! I can’t say enough good things.
